Privacy Policy
Last updated: 1 Jan 2026
This policy explains what THE CRYPTO BOARD collects, why, and the choices available to you.
1. What we collect
Account data (email, name); project data you submit (name, ticker, website, description, logo, social links, contract addresses); transaction records; and usage analytics (page views, clicks, and aggregated impressions). Analytics use a rotating session identifier rather than a persistent cross-site tracking profile.
2. How we use it
To operate project listings and board positions; to generate AI-assisted project summaries from information you provide; to process payments; to prevent abuse and fraud; and to show projects their real performance metrics (views, clicks).
3. AI processing
Project information you submit may be sent to an AI model provider to draft a summary or to answer discovery questions. Only approved public listings are used to answer visitor questions.
4. Sharing
Payment providers (Stripe, Ziina), infrastructure and hosting providers, and authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal data.
5. Notifications
If you hold a board position, we may email you (and, where enabled, message you on Telegram) if your position is taken over by another project, or to send payment receipts. You can manage these preferences from your dashboard.
6. Retention
Position History is a permanent public record by design and references the project, not personal data. Account data is retained while your account is active and deleted or anonymized on request where it does not form part of a permanent public record.
7. Your rights
You may access, correct, or delete your account data by contacting us. Public position history may be anonymized rather than deleted where it forms part of the permanent record.
This page is a general summary and not legal advice.
