Terms of Service
Last updated: 1 Jan 2026
These Terms govern your use of THE CRYPTO BOARD (cryptoboard.today, the "Platform"). By creating an account, listing a project, or purchasing a board position, you agree to these Terms.
1. What the Platform is
THE CRYPTO BOARD is an independent commercial platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to any blockchain network, exchange, wallet, protocol, foundation, or the developers or communities behind any listed project.
The Platform provides project discovery, AI-generated project summaries, and paid, time-based board positions (the Global Board, Sector Boards and Chain Boards). Every board position is a paid visibility placement — nothing more.
2. Not a ranking, rating, or endorsement
Board position, order, or the fact that a project is displayed at all reflects only who paid the current highest activation fee for that slot. It is never a ranking of quality, popularity, safety, market capitalization, team credibility, or any other merit. It is never an endorsement, audit, certification, rating, or investment recommendation by THE CRYPTO BOARD.
A listing does not imply that a project is legitimate, safe, compliant with any law, or free of fraud. Appearing on the Platform, including in a #1 position, guarantees nothing about the project's conduct, tokenomics, contracts, or team.
3. Not financial advice
Nothing on THE CRYPTO BOARD is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Cryptocurrency assets are highly volatile and can lose all of their value. Always do your own research (DYOR) and, if needed, consult a qualified professional before making any decision involving crypto assets.
4. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You may only claim or manage projects you are authorized to represent.
5. Project listings and content
Projects are responsible for the accuracy of their own name, description, links, social accounts, and any contract addresses they submit. THE CRYPTO BOARD does not verify contract addresses, audits, team identities, or claims made by projects, and is not liable for errors, scams, or losses arising from reliance on submitted content.
AI-generated summaries are drafted from information the project itself supplied and reviewed before publication; they are descriptive only and are not verified financial disclosures.
6. Board positions and payments
A board position is a paid, displaceable placement. The current holder keeps the position until another eligible project pays the next activation fee, at which point the position is displaced immediately with no partial refund. Prices are always confirmed server-side at the moment of activation and are shown in USD. Payments are processed by third-party providers; see Section 7.
7. Payments and refunds
Board position fees are non-refundable once a position is activated, including when the project is later displaced by a competing purchase. If a position is not activated due to a platform error, the fee will be refunded or the position activated manually.
8. Prohibited use
No impersonation, misleading names, unauthorized logos or trademarks, market manipulation, wash trading promotion, illegal or fraudulent offerings, scraping, or interference with the Platform's operation.
9. Liability
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, THE CRYPTO BOARD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including losses arising from crypto asset price movements, project conduct, or reliance on any content displayed on the Platform.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
